The Strain – Season 2

Humanity is at stake when an evil epidemic breaks out in New York City and turns its residents into modern day vampire’s. A handful of unlikely characters bind together to try to save the city before the strain spreads.

Ray Donovan Season 3

The dysfunction Donovan family is back for season 3 on Showtime.  Los Angeles’s favorite celebrity “fixer” is set to continue battle with his father Mickey played by Jon Voight.  Katy Holme’s joins the season three cast.  Season 3 premieres July 12 at 9 PM ET/PT on ShowTime.

The Last Ship

One of last Summer’s surprise sleeper hits was TNT’s The Last Ship starring Eric Dane of Grey’s Anatomy Fame.  Dane plays a Naval Captain tasked with bringing a cure for a global Pandemic that has spread while his ship was at sea.  Produced by Michael Bay, director of The Transformers, The Last Ship airs on TNT Sundays at 9PM.  Season 2 episodes are available to stream from TNT.

Hannibal

The cult favorite Hannibal is back for its final season on NBC.  In this prequel to the hit movies Will Graham continues to dig into Hannibal Lector’s past as Hannibal flees to Europe with his psychiatrist and fake wife Bedelia played by Gillian Anderson.  Rumor has it that Hannibal will continue after being canceled by NBC and that season 4 will land on Amazon Instant Video.

Pretty Little Liars

ABC Family’s longest running show is back in its sixth season.  Based on the young adult novels by Sara Shepard season 6.

ABC Family’s Synopsis:

Tyrant

Tyrant returns to FX Tuesdays at 10PM.  Tyrant is a tale of two worlds where a middle eastern dictator and his American brother clash in a complicated relationship around the decades old Al-Fayeed dictatorship.  The series evokes memories around recent real life mid-east uprisings.
